HALO ULR (Ultra Long Range) is a premium grade specialized high performance LED strip lighting solution that is available in both the LV ‘low Voltage’ solution similar in function to HALO 1, and the ELV ‘Extra Low Voltage’ solution similar in function to HALO 2, however with the capacity to manage ULTRA LONG DISTANCES with high lumen outputs.
The HALO ULR LV connects very conveniently directly to the available general supply voltage much like any normal household appliance would, without the need for any external components such as conventional power converters, with all necessary components built directly into the LED strip itself.
The HALO ULR LV strip lighting is supplied in 1-to-25-meter roll lengths, either as a ‘bare roll’ of LED Strip with accessories separate, or arriving complete with factory fitted male and female adapters on either end for quick “plug and play” assembly. The ‘Self Assembly’ configuration is designed with ‘simplicity’ in mind & can be easily managed by unskilled personnel, with written instructions found in user manual, & visual demonstration on the HALO YouTube page.
The HALO ULR LV LED strip lighting is simply connected to the available electrical supply at one end via a normal two wire connection being ‘live’ & ‘neutral’, & then the entire length of HALO LED Strip lighting will become energized & illuminated without the need for any further connections.
For most typical underground overhead or vertical installations, the HALO LED strip lighting is attached to straining wires by means of our purpose made ‘HALO CLIPS’, with most other general installations making use of the HALO ALUMINIUM CHANNELS with optional covers, however the HALO ULR LV LED strip lighting may be attached to most surface structures through the use of glue, or lightly tightened cable ties.

WATER
HALO has the ability to function perfectly when submerged underwater with a 100% waterproof rating being certified as an IP68 lighting solution.
FIRE
HALO is capable of withstanding extreme heat conditions and is flammability rated according to UL international standards as V0 which is the highest standard of flame retardant and self-extinguishing properties. HALO is furthermore certified by Fire Lab as safe for installation in enclosed spaces in the case of fire.
ICE
HALO not only survives but thrives in subzero conditions. Not only has it been comfortably rated at -40°C, but has been the key to various successful operations Russia and Canada.
FOCUS-TECH™
With the implementation of FOCUS-TECH™ technologies as a standardized upgrade on all HALO LED Lighting; all LED’s now have a focused 120° beam angle which considerably improves light quality, efficiency & intensity with a remarkable increase in lumen output.
REFLECT-TECH™
All HALO LED Strip lighting configurations has as a standard feature the incorporation of our REFLECT-TECH™ technologies, this feature incorporates cutting edge reflective technologies, meticulously engineered to cover the entire PCB LED base, thereby reflecting all previously lost lumen output, into the main beam of lighting, drastically increasing the efficiency of your lighting.
Optional Upgrades
TOUGH-TECH™
This upgrade includes almost doubling the protective silicone extrusion further increasing the impact resistance to unbelievable levels of IK09, plus the implementation of reinforced internal welded connections.
TEMP-TECH™
With this upgrade, each PCB or LED cluster segment is fitted with intelligent temperature management technologies, which will in the event of exposure to dangerously high temperatures, it will automatically dim the specific PCB affected only, thereby allowing the LED’s to return back to within safe temperature parameters, & once this has been achieved, then the LED’s will automatically return to full power lumen output. NOTE: TEMP-TECH™ comes as standard feature in HALO 1 MV.
MOOD-TECH™
With the MOOD-TECH™ upgrade, you can soften the temperament of your lighting providing zones with a more softer mood, for communal areas such as canteens, refuge bays, meeting areas, et cetera, without compromising on high lumen output.
Warranty
HALO products have a proven lifespan exceeding 10 years, with HALO ULR LV carrying a full 5-year warranty, this warranty is backed up with a ‘Double for your trouble’ replacement policy for the first 2.5 years, which means that we replace double the quantity of any product failures as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Limited to LED strip lighting excluding accessories falling under general ‘one-for-one’ warranty replacement policies.
